Jessica Simpson
has been left reeling by rumors a sex tape starring her is
about to be leaked onto the internet.
The alleged X-rated home movie is said to show the 'Dukes of
Hazzard' actress and her ex-husband Nick Lachey engaged in a
number of sex acts.
A source told Britain's Daily Sport newspaper: "Jessica is
horrified her name and sex tape are being mentioned in the
same sentence. She's always been a girl of high morals and
principles."
According to reports the tape does exist and has fallen into
the hands of the individuals responsible for leaking the
Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee sex video.
It has been claimed that they are threatening to leak the
tape if Jessica does not pay an undisclosed sum of money to
keep it out of the public domain.
The 25-year-old star has always prided herself on making men
wait for sex.
She once said: "I play hard to get. If you turn sex down for
a couple of days it makes it better."

- Jessica Simpson's Hairdos Don't Help Her Get Work |
Jessica Simpson
reportedly lost out on a big-time fashion ad campaign to
Lindsay Lohan because of her attachment to chummy
hairdresser Ken Paves.
Insiders told the New York Post that Miu Miu had the singer
in mind for the campaign — to be shot by photographers Mert
Alas and Marcus Piggott — but when they learned Simpson was
on the list, they nixed the idea because of her insistence
upon using Paves during a Vanity Fair shoot.
"They felt snubbed by Jessica because they were set to do
her Vanity Fair shoot several months ago," an insider told
Page Six. "Being the professionals they are, they wanted to
bring in their own hair and makeup team, but Jessica said if
they didn't use Ken, then she wasn't sitting for the shoot."
The Post source insists it was the hair drama that killed
the Vanity Fair spread.
"Most fashion photographers use their own people — and they
certainly don't use Ken Paves, who is considered tacky and
amateurish for high-fashion shoots. He's very 'Texas pageant
hair,' " the source said.
A rep for Simpson told the newspaper, "She could not have
done the campaign anyway because she has her own clothing
and shoe line."

John Mayer is
"having a really fun time" with Jessica Simpson, but refuses
to admit they are dating.
The singer became friends with Simpson in June when they ran
into each other at a New York City nightclub.
Simpson subsequently fired her publicist over reports she
was dating the singer, but the celebrity couple seem to be
together again after allegedly getting cosy at top Los
Angeles nightspots.
Mayer says, "The deal is I'm trying to have fun in my life
and be a respectful guy... and I'm having a really fun time
in my life, maybe for the first time in a while? she's a
very sweet girl."

Singer-cum-actress Jessica Simpson has been offered a
leading role in the new film "Blonde Ambition".
The film is inspired by the 1980's movie "Working Girl"
starring Melanie Griffith and Harrison Ford, said
ananova.com. Speaking to Empire magazine, Simpson said:
"It's definitely the theme of 'Working Girl'. This
small-town girl moving to New York City and rising up as a
businesswoman. But it's definitely not a remake."
She added: "I've never had the leading role and with this
one, it's really going to be nice to just dive in and kinda
wrap my arms around it."

when fellow guest Jessica Simpson slipped a fan letter under
her door.
The 25-year-old was touched by Simpson's words and insists
women in the music industry need to be supportive of one
another.
She explains, "Recently, I was staying at a hotel when I got
a letter from Jessica Simpson, who was in the penthouse
across the hall. It was super complimentary."
"She said my voice and my artistry were pushing her. I was
touched, because that's so rare in this business, which
stirs competitive nature and cattiness in women."
"Hats off to Jessica - that was a cool move. It's a
beautiful quality to be a woman in support of other women.

ditzy on both ends of her blonde curls and just can't ever
seem to get it right.
Sources say that Jessica Simpson recently didn't know what
she was doing when she accidentally hired a male escort for
a blind date.
The blonde singer, the ex-wife of Nick Lachey, has been
scouring Internet dating sites to find a man ever since she
split from singer John Mayer. However, she was caught off
guard after she unknowingly arranged a meeting with a
"professional hooker."
A friend of Jessica's told Australia's New Weekly magazine,
"Jessica logged onto the Internet to find male company. She
found a picture of a guy in Los Angeles she thought was
ideal. They arranged to meet, but when she turned up, she
found out the sad truth - he was only interested in a
'professional transaction.' The guy turned out to be a male
escort."
The former "Newlyweds" star - who recently announced on TV
that she was "sexually frustrated" - quickly realized her
mistake and told her date in no certain terms to get lost.
The source added, "Jessica was horrified and told him to go
to hell. She wasn't that desperate."
The unfortunate incident has now made Jessica think twice
about her choice of suitors.
The friend said, "She never imagined male hookers would be
trying to cash in on the service. It's turned her off the
web - and that was her main hobby."

- Jessica Simpson Adores Dolly Parton |
Two blonde
stars may unite, if Jessica Simpson gets her way.
Simpson, 26, tells Access Hollywood that she "loves" Dolly
Parton's 1986 flick 9 to 5 and dreams of working with the
country legend.
"That is just something that after that I could die and go
to heaven and be just fine," Simpson says.
Parton, 60, says Simpson "seems like a sweet girl."
"I've been asked to do a couple of things with her and
someday I'd like to," she said.
Simpson was last seen on screen in the movie Employee of the
Month.
Parton will receive a lifetime achievement award in December
from the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts honoring her
four decades in entertainment.
